A large orthopaedic surgery group wanted to expand their already-successful practice. We conducted an in-depth market analysis and did a deep dive with their internal data to understand the kinds of patients and surgical cases they received and where the patients come from.
From there we developed a comprehensive integrated marketing and branding plan. Their messaging and resulting brand focused on people who are motivated to return to their active lifestyles.
The re-branded identity applied to all their communication channels, including letterhead, business cards and folders. It included a modern logo and an updated Web site that swapped images of surgeries and clinics to those of active people engaged in sports.
We re-designed their marketing materials into templates they could use even without us. We launched a new Facebook page and Twitter account.
